Return Process

  Ship the item to our official Dreame service center in Israel, where our technicians will inspect the unit to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees.
